Frequently asked questions.

Who is this work for?

Driven individuals navigating high performance, sobriety, burnout, or major life transitions that want clarity, alignment, and sustainable change. All I ask is that you have the intent and drive to want to be better, the change needs to start with you.

Who is this work not for?

Those looking for quick fixes, rigid answers, or someone to tell them how to live. This work requires honesty, reflection, and personal responsibility. If you’re not willing to invest in yourself, no amount of help from anyone will change your situation.

Do I need to be sober to work with you?

No. Many people are exploring change, questioning patterns, or redefining their relationship with substances. We don’t even need to cover the topic if you feel as if it doesn’t apply, but I have learned numerous transferrable skills from my own sobriety journey that I can share regardless of your intent related to sobriety.

How do I know where to start?

You don’t need to know. We’ll figure it out together during an initial conversation. Below I have listed some examples that may help guide you, but booking a free session is the easiest way to dive in (and it’s free).

I am high-functioning and successful but feel completely lost on the inside, where do I start?

You’re successful on the outside but disconnected inside. You want clarity, purpose, better habits, and a mindset that supports your life and career.

Start with Identity & Mindset Alignment.

What if I am simply rethinking my relationship with substances?

You’re sober, sober-curious, or rebuilding after addiction. You want support, structure, perspective, and tools to build a grounded, aligned life without substances.

Start with Personal Wellbeing & Resilience.

I want to grow my career but what if I am worried about burnout or unsure of how to get there?

You don’t need to choose between ambition and alignment. When your internal state is regulated and your identity is clear, leadership becomes more effective, not less.

Career & Leadership Alignment
We work on decision-making, boundaries, communication, performance routines, and leading from clarity instead of ego or exhaustion.

I am in the midst of a major life transition and don’t know who I am anymore—what do I do?

Transitions—career shifts, sobriety, identity loss, spiritual awakening, burnout—often strip away old identities before new ones form. This is uncomfortable, but powerful.

Transformation & Integration
We slow things down, rebuild your internal compass, and help you move forward with intention instead of panic.

Do you offer breathwork as a standalone service?

Breathwork is available as a standalone option or integrated into coaching. It’s a powerful tool for nervous system regulation, emotional processing, stress relief, and clarity—but it works best when paired with intentional integration.

What qualifications do you have?

First of all, I’m not a therapist, clinician, or treatment provider. What I offer is coaching, perspective, and practical tools to support personal alignment, sobriety journeys, and major life transitions.

I’m a certified breathwork facilitator with 6+ years of sobriety, and I’ve spent years deeply immersed in my own recovery and growth. I’ve explored, tested, and re-tested a wide range of approaches—therapy modalities, mindset work, behavioral change, physical health, nervous system regulation, and spiritual practices—often through trial, error, and hard-earned lessons.

I don’t claim to have the answer. What I bring is lived experience, discernment, and pattern recognition—helping you see what’s possible, avoid common traps, and identify paths that may resonate with you. Ultimately, you do the work. I help you find clarity, direction, and alignment so you can walk your own path with intention.
